Introduction
Investopresto Private Limited is a financial portfolio management and risk management
startup that provides investment management tools to investors in emerging markets.
Headquartered in Singapore, it has been funded by institutional investors including
an arm of the Singapore government. Our flagship application follows a multi-tier,
extensible architecture that makes extensive use of enterprise level design patterns.
Built using ASP.NET, C#, SQL, WCF and JQuery, it is designed using the principles
of UCD. Investopresto (the product) consists of risk profiling, asset allocation,
portfolio management and risk management tools that empower these investors to make
and execute smart investment decisions. These tools are supported by a content-rich
investor education section.
Please Read the following before you apply:
- You must have a strong interest in technology and the web. Else, this isn’t the
right role for you.
- Our interviews are technical in nature and programming skills will be tested.

- If you are only interested in the cash component of the pay and don’t see value

Compensation
Our compensation packages involve cash as well Employee Stock Options (ESOPs). We
pay competitive cash packages and our option packages form a sizeable component
of the total package.
Location
All our openings are for roles based in Hyderabad, India. We are not currently hiring
people for roles based in Singapore
Role: Senior Web Developer
We are looking for web developers with a strong JQuery background, with experience
in any server-side web programming language such as ASP.NET (preferred), PHP or
Python. Language is no bar. However, if the candidate does not have an ASP.NET experience
will be expected to pick up the required skills within a short period of time. The
candidates will be expected to show outstanding professionalism and take on responsibility.
English proficiency is an absolute must.
Job Scope
The role involves working on the development of the UI layer of a world class web
application that provides detailed financial analytics, performs trade processing
including validation & enrichment and delivers value through an easy to use user
interface with strong social features.
Skills (Absolute Must)
JQuery, AJAX, CSS and any server side web-programming language such as ASP.NET/Python/PHP/Ruby
Skills (Preferred)
ASP.NET, C#
Experience
2-5 years. Exceptional freshers from the IITs and a select few NITs may be considered.
Role: Senior Software Developer
We are looking for developers with a strong .NET programming background(C#),
with experience throughout the SDLC. Candidates will be expected to show outstanding
professionalism and take on responsibility. English proficiency is an absolute must.
Job Scope
The role involves working on the development of the middle tier layer of a world
class web application that provides detailed financial analytics, performs trade
processing including validation & enrichment and delivers value through an easy
to use user interface with strong social features.
Skills

Skills (Preferred)
NUnit, NHibernate, NAnt, XML Parsing
Experience
2-5 years. Exceptional freshers (Computer Science background) from the IITs and
a select few NITs may be considered.
